Right off the bat I'll tell you, most people won't want to watch a 20 minute video without commentary. It's fun having somebody talk to you for 20 minutes.

I agree commentary needed, Also, blue lights on an all blue truck? Really ??

This is going to be more of a helping thing towards you go into your ELS config file and change all your cop cars that have all blue lights to this

Color_Light1L = 1

Color_Light2L = 1

Color_Light3R = 1

Color_Light4R = 1

Color_Light7L = 1

Color_Light8C = 1

Color_Light9R = 1

Offst_SLights = 1

So for the SUV it should be

Makes it so the ground around it and what not is blue when the lights flash..........
