GTA IV - Game crash on Loading

i loaded up the game and then after you click start it minimizes my game the only way to close the game is by going to task manager and end task if anyone knows why this might be, please let me know thanks

Are you using any other mods, any error messages?

no mods and no error messages just crash ive got a Diagnostics report if you want it and thanks

mine starts and then keeps on crashing once save game loads and says fatal error I have a purpose built custom gaming pc well above reccomended specs but I simply can not play as can not work out why it is crashing can someone please help me so I can play and did not pay a grand for this pc solely so I could play this mod for it to never work for me please please please I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!
