rockstar games file and install failed

when i downloaded the.95 RC2 i dont have the rockstar games file and its not detecting it? also when its starts to install at the end of the set up wizard its says install failed with other stuff below it plz help.

Wrong section, post in LCPDFR support and follow the troubleshooter's instructions.
