LSPDFR 0.41 crash on startup

If I let Rage automatically load LSPDFR it crashes..

If I manually load in LSPDFR, it works...at least until I try to go On Duty either in a station or by Force Duty.

Every time its either this switch character code or 

it say something about mod/duty

I've tried clean installs of rage and LSPDFR and I've also tried eliminating my recent plugins added to no avail.

 

Any ideas?

Is saying the defaultregions or customregions file has something added twice. Probably a 'Zone'

Well some of my regions share zones. 

 

Also one region has bradt and bradp  listed. I'll look into it more.
