Odd Issue with Peds being Revived for the Wrong Reasons

Hey all,

 

So i've been running into this issue where I shoot a ped, call EMS (with STP), they get revived and the reason states ''beaten in a fist fight''. Is there a way to avoid this happening? Because when a ped gets shot in the head, they should be dead obviously, or atleast have a tiny chance of survival. 

 

If there is not fix for this, have you guys experienced this? Is there a thing you need to (or not) to avoid this?
