Random AmbientSpawn related crashes

So I've spent the last week or so getting 0.4.1 (latest version) to work with add-ons and all that fun stuff which I seem to have success with however the only crashes I seem to be getting are related to ambientspawn according to the RPH log. I have attached the log for reference but what frustrates me is the same vehicle it tried to spawn last time worked fine so I don't understand why the next time it spawns the same model I get a crash. I'm using lore-friendly vehicles so they are relatively low poly and I have re-written the agencies to my liking. What's also weird is I can spawn the vehicles fine via trainer without LSPDFR running and have no problems related to the models themselves. The following add-ons I use are:

The crashes happen with and without these add-ons installed so I would suspect it has something to do with the core LSPDFR mod. If anyone can shine some light and help me out with this it would be much appreciated. Many of the vehicle models I use are from gta5mods and the crash occured when it spawned Hwaycar2 which is the SAHP Vapid Cruiser with IV style vector bar. I'm hoping the next update or patch could include some crash prevention measures so if the mod finds something wrong with the spawn it would abort the task rather than terminate the whole mod because it's difficult to pinpoint the exact cause. I have had a couple of playthroughs these last few days and no major issues with the mod so I would say this is indeed very random. I hope I have explained this as best I can.
