When i add plugins, rage plugin hook is not showing them up

My rage plugin hook not showing plugins!!!! Help me

Rage Plugin isn't going to show all your plugins.  I forgot the reason but like Traffic Policer that you have isn't going to show in Rage Plugin.  I think because it is automatically loaded when you start the game.  As long as for example Traffic Policer works then that is all there is.  If it don't work then there is probably a mess up when installing it.  But not all your plugins you install are going to show up in Rage.
