GTA 5 Crashing Upon Opening with Rage Hook

It seems to be a very common issue with the latest update having GTA 5 crash almost immediately upon opening with Rage Hook.  I can play GTA 5 perfectly fine without Rage Hook Plugin.

 

I have attached a screenshot of my GTA 5 folder.  I tried running in windowed mode & safe mode, no luck.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

I have the same issue. I can play modded GTA without RPH but while I start the game with RPH, it shows me black window and when the logo gets small in the corner and dissapears, the window closes. I also wonder how to fix it, I'm trying to figure it out for two days already

my anti-virus was blocking RPH once i uninstalled it everything worked

Yes, he's right. Set the folder with GTA in your antivirus to exceptions. It should work now.

Sweet, can confirm GTA 5 is successfully loading after disabling anti-virus software!
