ELS.asi enabled crashes GTA V

When I have ELS.asi enabled in my directory and launch Rage, it would crash in the loading screen. When I tried to disable ELS.asi, the game runs fine. Is there a work around for this? I'm not sure if this issue effects all ELS customers or just a few.

 

Or wait for a new update?

ELS is working just fine for me, it doesn't need an update to work.  When you say "enable" and "disable" ELS, what are you doing exactly?
