LSPDFR Runs but without mods

If I rename the Mods folder the game will startup just fine, with the exception that anything in the mods folder doesn't work. If I load it with the mods folder named "mods" it will just get stuck on an infinite loading loop. Script Hook V and Rage Hook are updated. Any thoughts?

Have ya'll tried to check the mods in Ragepluginhook? Also all visual and audio mods have to be re-installed after update.

If any of you are using OpenIV to modify any parts of your game; make sure to open it and copy the new update.rpf to your file library.

 

It should fix your problem. (it did for me)
