When I spawn a vehicles, they almost always spawn in dirty. is there a way to fix this problem permanently,  instead of F4 to wash every time i spawn.

Yea you can change two values in vehicles.meta. 

VehicledirtMax and VehicledirtMin. 

It might be called something else, but I think you get the idea.

I think you want the cars to have the potential to get filthy, just not start out that way.  It's annoying, I'll agree.
