Default-Type UV-mapped police vehicles with ELS lighting?

As the title says, it'd be nice to have mapped police vehicles with ELS lighting. Similar to this file for GTA IV:

I know we already have something like this - but the lightbars used are the default ones on the vanilla vehicles, and I don't think they work well with ELS. I'd rather they use actual lightbars that look similar to the ones on the vanilla vehicles (please no Arjent, or Valor, or whatever the one that's V shaped is called, just a basic rectangular lightbar (the lightbar from Bxbugs CVPI is a good example) with a rear traffic advisor, or maybe the traffic advisor at the top of the rear windshield).

I also have a few more requests for it, regarding textures:

A. for the Interceptor that replaces "POLICE" with what's on the side of the Stanier

B. Textures for all vehicles ( @Sam a specific texture or textures of a vehicle will be assignable to the agencies you can set up in 0.4, right? Or do we need to use vehicle models? ) for all agencies (LSPD, LSSD, BCSO, SAHP, FIB, NOoSE, Border Patrol (maybe), Port Authority of Los Santos, and any others I've missed)

C. Change all vehicle mottos to something sensible (E.G "To protect and serve" for the LSPD, "A tradition of service since 1850" for the LSSD, "Safety, service and security" for the SAHP, and whatever a sensible motto is for the BSCO)

Perhaps it can also include different textures for the polmav? E.G. LSPD, LSSD, BCSO, SAHP. I assume that's all the agencies you'd require for the helicopter liveries.

If someone could do this, I would be extremely grateful. It would be the perfect ELS-enabled lore friendly pack for GTA V. It would be best if it was created as a DLC pack for ease of installation. Please link the file in this topic when it's done and I will be certain to download and use it, as I'm sure many others will.

Edit: I'd just like to mention it's possible depending on their status (locked or unlocked) that the RDE vehicles could be used as a base. That would probably make it easier and you'd be able to add more vehicles. Of course, their textures would need slight editing, as the mottos are completely lore friendly (Obey and Survive, etc)

Edit 2: If the RDE vehicles are used (and I must say, I hope so) then it'd be great if we could also have ELS rotator bars for the SAHP Stanier - and whatever other vehicles had them (I believe one or two did?)

I thought I'd pop in and leave my two cents. I am the lead vehicle developer for RDE, and my immediate @11john11 are a bit confused by what you're asking. We understand the request for ELS-ified RDE vehicles, that is something that has been asked about since ELS was first released a couple years back. However, reading through your post I see that you want RDE vehicles but you do not want the Arjent or Valor to be used, the two main lightbars of the LAPD and LASD. You're basically asking for RDE vehicles without the RDE charm (which is the fact that the vehicles are based on their real life equivalents - with liberties taken). Perhaps you can clarify?

As a side note, I would think it would be prudent to note that the use of RDE assets without the expressed permission of the RDE Team is forbidden.

I understand that permission is required, that's fine. Regarding the Arjent and Valor: I personally don't like their designs. Okay, so if someone does this, which I would be very grateful for, they can have Arjent/Valor options, but I'd also very much appreciate if there was a regular lightbar option, like as I said in the original post the kind Bxbugs used on the ELS CVPI. That's not unreasonable, right? It's just that I'm requesting it, and sure, others would use it, but if there was no option and some vehicles had an Arjent or Valor with no other choice, I wouldn't want to use the pack.

Well, anyway. Would you give permission for this to be done? I'd want it to be released standalone so that people have the option of using it by itself or installing RDE and then replacing the default vehicles with the ELS-enabled ones.
