RPH and Scripthook updated now constant loading screen

I updated both and have never had an issue before. Now when I launch it loads everything and when it says "loading lspdfr" it just stays on that screen until I close it out.

Load the game first, then launch ragehook. I've avoided most problems this way whenever I use ragequit hook.

Make sure to update your mods folder via OpenIV.  If you have any visuals like Radiance or something similar, you will most likely need to reinstall the visualsettings.dat file.  If there's an automatic installer, run it again

OpenIV should say in green at the top that update in your mods folder needs to be updated

mine loads with no loaded plugins just keeps loading until I end it. Currently on new ragehook and new scripthook with latest gtav update. What's this update.prf folder update you speak of? 

 

I already did the windows 10 creators pack thingy last month. This is new

ok, so I went back to open iv and actually enabled adit mode and saw the green update mods. Did that, launched rage and the rage plugin loaded minus the plugin splash on the game into loading window. Game loaded into game mode only. LSPDFR did not load. So now what? Do I need to reinstall LSPDfr and every thing all over again?

 

 

Well, This isn't working for me. Game loads. It shows lspdfr loads but it never shows that on that splash screen when loading. F4 function does not bring up the script menu. I'm at a loss. So at the moment I will say it is not loading thou it said it did.

Anyone get a fix yet? I'm going back to old update until then
