GTA V Will Not Boot Since Update / OpenIV Change

So, I have been playing LSPDFR fine for awhile. When OpenIV and GTA V Updated, I updated RagePluginHook. However, since this happened the game won't boot. It acts like it will boot and then I hear a ding noise but not window will pop up showing anything. Is there anything else I need to do since the game updated including Open IV?

Do you have a mods folder or scripthook installed?

Or anything that needs scripthook to run?

I have a mods folder and scripthook installed. Everything was working fine until the I opened Open IV and it updated and then GTA V updated. Was there something to cause this?
