Is it possible to teleport without simple trainer?

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to teleport across the map now since those of us on 1103 cannot use simple trainer. It makes driving to Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay a pain.

Fast traveling via a cab is the only thing I can think of.

In the ragehook console (F4) you can teleport to a waypoint. Make a marker on the map and type "teleporttowaypoint".
