Take-Twat's retarded actions

Ok, I'm pretty sure everyone knows what's going on right now, but if you don't, I'll sum it up for you (If you haven't heard already)

Take-Two Interactive has demanded that OpenIV distribution be discontinued. The OpenIV team decided not to fight it, and just let it go. Not that this is necessarily a bad thing, because I am almost certain that someone will develop a new modding tool very soon in the future, and the modding will continue. Take two claims that OpenIV can " allow third parties to defeat security features of its software and modify that software in violation Take-Two's rights ". Yes, lol, copied that right off of gtaforums. I don't wanna sound stupid here if I misinterpret this, but tell me if I'm wrong.

If you live in the United States;

[Amendment X.]

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively or to the people.

Mind telling me where in here it says you can't mod a video game? Look through the amendments if you want. You won't find it there either. No "Technically" or "Maybe". You won't find it there. I'm open to more ideas, but no matter how hard Take-Two tries, they won't make modding officially illegal. I won't believe it until I see it on the news.

Please keep OpenIV discussion to this topic:

On a side note, I don't think calling them names will help anything!
