[ANSWERED]Rage loading mods but not its-self

So, I have been an avid player of LCPDFR for a long time, however it does tend to get repetitive after so long, so I took a short break. Upon returning and redownloading the mods, updated plugins, updated rage etc. I was faced with an issue with RAGE. I launch the game by double clicking the RAGE launcher (steam version) and that has worked before. However, I can see the police station icons in game, but the RAGE console is not opening and the custom loading screen it has isn't appearing.

 

The issue persists with elevated privileges.

 

I have tried loading without a mods folder and without plugins, but still getting the same issue.

 

When I go to a police station marker, nothing happens. No prompt to click 'E' or anything.

Since you have been offline for a while a simple fix will be needed.

If you updated to the creator update (windows) you will need to do this.

 

Go to windows settings

Turn off and un-check everything under gaming

Do this for DVR as well

 

After doing this you will be able to open RPH (f4) and go on duty

To add to the above, if that does not fix it, make sure the game is running in windowed or borderless mode, not fullscreen.
