Original Police Cars Not Spawning/Responding

I'll begin by saying that I've searched up and down for this type of "problem" - and made sure I installed everything correctly.

 

I have installed:

 

OpenIV - And required files.

ELS 1.05 - And required files.

Realistic Radiance 1.0.1

2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Pack by TheHurk - The models, the meta, and the ELS profile.

 

The vehicle is great, lights work great, etc. No crashing, weird lighting, tint issues, etc.

 

However, when I get a wanted level, the only police vehicle to spawn/respond is the FPIU that I installed...at least 1-3 stars. 4 & 5 the FIB SUV spawns/responds. I also see the police transport occasionally. What I don't see are the other/original police vehicles that come with the game, or the NOOSE. (For reference, I'm getting wanted stars in Los Santos - When i venture out I do see the Sheriffs vehicles).

 

I should note that I do run into the other models (police and police2) but only at the stations. My issue is with the same model responding when I get wanted stars. I've uninstalled the FPIU, and now all police cars spawn - as I have seen them do through the early missions of the story. In a different scenario (as a means of testing my supposed issue) I've also installed models in police, police2, and police3 slots to see if that fixes the issue. It doesn't - Only one model will show up during wanted stars - And in this scenario, I can't even see the other models at the station. The stations are virtually empty of cars.

 

Is this a known issue? Is this just something I will have to deal with as I progress through the story? From my understanding, only the models are getting replaced, not the way they spawn or respond.

I assume you talk about playing the story mode (aka while playing as Trevor/Franklin/Michael) since you talk about having stars. When in story mode , it's a common recurrence that only the car in the police3 slots comes to you when you have a wanted level while in the Los Santos area. It's been like that since the game release. You might want to use a mod called realism dispatch enhanced that will make the police cars more varied depending on the area/wanted level.

Ahhh. Yeah ok. Thanks! I have not yet finished the story mode - Trevor/Franklin/Mike (it's been a while since I've played) - I wasn't too interested (at the moment) in modding anything other than the car models & lights. I'll look into that mod. Thanks! :)
