Cars kamikaze into other cars when told to reposition during traffic stop.

When i try to pull someone over and they do something silly, i will tell them to move forward.

 

Instead of just casually readjusting they go full speed as if they had a stroke and pinned the throttle down.

 

Is there a way to fix this?

This is caused by ELS.  Go into the ELS INI and look for "TrafCTRLOn", change to false.
