LSPDFR says I need to Update

Right when I go on duty, the game freezes and says new version available 0.3.1, any ideas? When I installed it a couple days ago, it was the most recent version. It played fine, I added some common mods (Arrest Manager, PoliceSmartRadio and Traffic Policer) all the latest versions, and then the game started giving me this error. Please help!

my traffic policer says they is a new version 0.3.1 is avabiel but i cant find a new version.....

It's a known bug. 0.3.1 is the newest version. No need to worry.

So I deleted all my mods but now the game crashes for seemingly no reason. I deleted the .ini and .dll files for the mods, which is what a different thread told me to do. Here is the last crash report
