texture's disappear when going on duty

When I start up my gta 5, no texture issues. But as soon as i go on duty i have textures that disappear. I am running the most up to date lspdfr, rage plugin hook. I know my pc can handle the game. This recently started to happen, I only have issues when i load lspdfr. Anyone else having this issue??

Does this happen after you select/spawn a police car?  I remember I had texture issues and lag when I had four 4K textures in a highly detailed Explorer.  Every time I would spawn it, the game would freak out because the file size of the vehicle was way too large.

 

Try removing the Mods folder from GTA 5 directory and run it.  See if it fixes your issues, it's probably something you have installed.
