PLD Placement for 'run game in a window'

If you run Game in a window, then you probably don't like where PLD shows up.

Well I didn't, an I finally took the time to figure out the settings to keep it in place where it should be next to map-

 

Thanks to Lt. Caine for the probably Most Used thing ever in GTA/LSPDFR, and the wisdom to make its placement adjustable-
