Crashes when I press 8 to call for pickup

Hey guys!

 

When I call for a pickup (by pressing 8)  for one of the people I arrested, my game always crashes. If I take them to jail, my game goes to a black screen with the loading circle in the bottom right but it never loads. 

 

Any help?
