[WIP] City of Los Santos Police Skin

Hey guys it's been awhile since I've released a skin, but I have one in the making and decided to show a preview of it in OpenIV. Hopefully will get the skin uploaded sometime this week, but I think it looks pretty solid right now. All that's left is a little window work and a few touches here and there. But the main stuff is complete. The skin is for the Ford Explorer model the Thehurk and it's the HQ Interior version. Anyways, you can the see preview images right below.

Right now it's just a solo skin, but I can make it into a pack with some other cars. Most of the skins I make currently are solo
