Request for Dodge Ram Rebel police spec

I came across this 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel on gta5mods.com and was wondering if any modders would like to make a police spec of it, obviously there aren't actual Ram Rebel Police trucks in real life, but then isn't that some of the point of modding? Thanks.

Someone asked for this model unlocked, and the author said he is not allowed to give it out to anyone. So I don't think its going to happen
