What's wrong with these .meta entries?

so i'm trying to add this replacement car as an addon, but i don't think i'm using the right meta lines. can someone tell me what's wrong with them?

hang on, relooking at the model, i'm not sure why i'm basing it off the minivan, i should be basing it off the jackal. oh well, can u see any errors anyway? i'll give it a test with the jackal lines, but using the taxi flags, see if that works. i'll let u know!

PROBLEM 1 SOLVED. but now i have an entirely new problem:

 

the livery doesn't show, the texture is there, but it does not show in game at all, just the base colour shows.

i'll upload the carvariations file and the .ytd, can anyone help?

nope, just the original author didn't map the textures on the model, and even if it was unlocked, i don't know how to do that
