Unable to report site-wide

I seem to be unable to report posts, files, reviews, comments and topics site-wide.

The link seems to have disappeared entirely, see below screenshot

Hmm... All of the links appear to be there for me.

Possibly a group permissions misconfig?

Same issue for me. Looks like something to do with the tester group

It's supposed to be right next to the time stamp, strange. My guess is it's something relating to the Testing Group permissions, I can't confirm this myself however.

No more reports for us Moderators, oh well. I'm buying a plane ticket to Miami.
