You could use RPH's "spawn" command, or a trainer.

RPH's commands use RPH's console, accessible (if it's installed) with F4 by default.

All new car mods are installed via OpenIV. You do not need to spawn them in; you can find them around the map. However, if they are addon vehicles, meaning that they do not replace vehicles that are already in the game, then you will need a trainer to spawn them. Simple trainer works fine with the latest update.

I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?
