BAD : GTA V Installs an 2.10gb update everytime I install a car script etc..

So this problem has aroused recently where when I add a modification, script or any of the sort for LSPDFR It will install a 2.10GB update 

Now I don't have the time or internet speed to download these updates everyday 

I have searched the internet and this does not seem to be a common problem and I cannot find any suitable solutions

I would like to ask for your help and feel free to offer any solutions related to the topic

I'm assuming that this is the Steam version of GTA V, correct? This sounds like an issue relating to Steam rather than the game itself.

Nope the version I am using is Social Club

You'll need to use a mods folder. This has been described plenty times before on our forums.
