Police Station has locked doors.

The main entrance is still open and I can still enter the entrance room, armory and roof. But the doors to the locker room and the downstairs holding cells are locked.

I don't know why this happened as I could still enter them before the latest GTA update (.791). Only noticed it yesterday as I installed HeroCop 0.5b and wanted to go downstairs for the K9 partner. I can still forceduty and play normally but would like to enter these areas as well.

Any help is much appreciated!

Make sure you've installed LSPDFR properly. It sounds like to me you're missing AdvancedHook.asi.

Which station? Some of them do not allow entry.

None of them allow that much entry as the OP is describing.
