Rage Plugin Hook says i have insufficient permissions, and I don't know how to fix it.

Every time i launch the game through the updated ragehook it launches the game, but it says i have insufficient permissions or bad antivirus.

Can someone help me. Here is my log.

Might I suggest also posting this to the RAGE Plugin Hook forums, as this is not really the correct place to post it, and this is for more LSPDFR/LCPDFR support, and you might get better help on the RAGE Plugin Hook forums.
