What are good mods to install?

I'd recommend the full package. It's got all the goodies. It's all in a neat Open IV install package, just follow the read-me.

A must have in my opinion is LSPDFR+ It requires Traffic Policer and Arrest Manager but they are equally as awesome (and useful)

Edited dispatch, added cars, fixed cars and peds, new weapons, ect.
