Okay so I recently just got back into editing cars. I used to do it a bunch on GTA IV, but now it seems like a good time to do it for GTA V. 

I found a unlocked charger, and a lightbar that needs to be LOD, Compounded and set up for default lighting. Now my question is, how do you do those things to the lightbar? I have searched around and couldn't find anything about it. 

Also, if someone knows of a list of unlocked/already converted and ready to use parts, please let me know.
