The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

My game patch is v350. New rage hook plugin doesn't support it. How can I play with rage hook or what should I do??

If you own the game legally it will automatically update.
