Game Wont Launch LSPDFR When Double Clicking RageHook.

Other mods: VisualV, NaturalVision Photorealistic, LA Roads 2.0

I have downloaded C++ 2010, 2015. I have Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5. I have downloaded LSPDFR correctly with dinput8.dll and ScripthookV. When I double clicked RageHook to launch the game with the LSPDFR mod it popped up saying ''These files/dll's can cause your game to crash, do you want Windows to unblock them?'' and I clicked yes. After that nothing happened. I re-double clicked RageHook to launch the game, (shows on my taskbar it opens for like 2 seconds and closes) and nothing happens. No windows pop up on the screen, nothing happens. I installed it first with the install menu guide thingy, and after that I deleted my game and used my backup game and started all over with all the mods. Then I installed the LSPDFR manually, correctly. Still having the same issue. I haven't tried anything, I am not that good with modding with GTA 5, first time since yesterday. I don't know what to do. :c

if you have the latest update of gta, install the latest rph, it won't work otherwise...

Yes, forgot to mention. I have that installed too. I don't understand why it wont work.

try launching gtav, then launching rph; and make sure EVERY FILE is unblocked... and if that don't work, run ragepluginhook.exe and gtav.exe in comparability mode for windows 8, and run rph as admin. And if that don't work.... you're fucked 
in the mean time, i'm going to bed, let me know how you get on in the morning....

Tried launching the game, then rph. It popped the same thing asking if I want to unblock dll's files. How do I make sure everything is unblocked, and how can I run those two .exe's in compatibility mode for Windows 8? I'm not the best with computers, and hopefully you can help me before you sleep.

do this to all of the files in the rph install:

1.  right click on them 
2. go to properties and click unblock if there is an option
done. make sure you do this for ALL files in the rph and lspdfr install

to run in compatibility mode:

1. go to GTA5.exe
2. right click
3. go to properties
4. go to the compatibility tab
5. check "run this in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 7
6. do the same for RagePluginHook.exe but instead select Windows 8

Didn't work. The files aren't blocked. The game launches fine with all the other mods, but launching through rph doesn't even do anything. Tried the compatibility mode with both and it had no affect, no difference. :c

I also discovered that my ScriptHookV isn't working when I press f4 in game. I think i've done something wrong. I really don't understand this :I

Update: I got it working. Apparently i've been watching some shitty mod install tutorials.. LSPDFR still doesn't work though.

I think I figured out the problem. I need Microsoft Framework higher then 4.5, but when I download it it fails every damn time. There always has to be a problem :c.
