LSPDFR not loading

Hi,

 

I have a Steam version of GTA V (not cracked), I am trying to get LSPDFR to work on it, I have done the same exact thing I did with LCPDFR - Unfortunately, when I get into GTA V, it's not loading.. I press F4, it's not bringing up the police icons on the map, can someone help me on how to install this please?

 

Thanks. I also followed the installation guide, 100% sure I didn't miss anything.

I tried these keys to start LSPDFR:

Alt + P

F4 

TAB

P

None of these combinations are working.

Try walking forward, jumping and pressing f9 in the air.
