Grand Theft Auto V Crashing after loading Ragehook 0.45

So i have never run into this issue with Ragehook 0.45 before until l today when i load it up it gets to the game window part and than crashes telling me Grand theft Auto V has stop working 

i have reset my game files taken out all other mods and it still keep occurring i do not know why here is my log file

Make sure your antivirus has GTA V as an exception and that you have all Windows Updates installed.

Ok yeah maybe because I started using avg due to McAfee running out.

Nope didn't work unless i didn't wrong where do i go exactly to make it pass?

Make sure the entire GTA V folder is in exceptions.
