This is the error I receive. Also, the tab says I don't have permission to do that.

Cleared cache/cookies, logged out and back in. That fixed the issue I was having.

This can sometimes happen if you have your account logged in on more than one device at the same time (e.g. on laptop and desktop at same time). I've raised this with our board software vendor and it's on their list of things to fix.
