Has Anyone Else Experienced This?

I just installed GTA V last night and I installed LSPDFR today along with the latest Rage Hook Plugin. I've followed the install videos that I've seen repeatedly and nothing seem to work. It starts in Story Mode with the robbery scene in North Yankton. The window pops up saying that LSPDFR has successfully loaded, but I have no idea how to access it. Is it because I've installed a physical copy of GTA V, instead of from Steam? I'm running the latest version of Windows 10. I've been looking forward to finally playing this great looking game and I'm pretty bummed. Hopefully it's just my own ineptitude. I'm not very tech savvy, so any help would be immensely appreciated.

This is what i recommend:

Uninstall any mods from your game.

Play through the first few missions.. maybe do 1 to 2 hours of gameplay. 

Create a backup of your current unmodded game at this point.

Then, with either the backup or the original game folder, put mods into the game. I highly recommend Jeff Favignano's video on how to install LSPD:FR, linked here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCAuilz1nbs

@FB51 Play the game first. Get to a point where you unlock a safehouse and then save the game. From there, load up ragehook and LSPDFR.

Make sure your antivirus sets GTA V as an exception and that you are running it as administrator.

Also use PlayGTAV  and play your first mission till you are in your  bedroom, then save and exit the game. then now you can start RagePluginHook. perhaps before running first

YES!!! You guys are awesome! That's what I needed to do. Thank you so much! Seems like a great game so far, but the lag is killing me. That's my next problem to solve! Thanks again!
