Member298798 0
title I have traffic flow, tow service, police helper, native trainer and first person mod installed, I've searched why but I can't find the reason I only get one type of callout, the "homeless people making trouble" callout. My GTA 4 version is 1.0.7.0, I always run the LAUNCHER as an administrator, I have no idea what is "read-only" and I don't know if that's the problem, I bought GTA 4 from Steam with GTA 3, EFLC and San Andreas for 12 "reais", my LCPDFR is updated to 1.1, I didn't get any saved logs to the problem, I have all the dll's (well except Xlive.dll) in my GTA 4 folder. sorry if I forgot any other information I needed to state
Oatmeal 172
I would suggest reinstalling LCPDFR and plugins. Quote NATECH GAMING https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeGCS3tOV9BajSu_Ygc-mlA

Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folderEnsure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.Install these: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 , https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 In some cases, your issue is resolved after following the above steps.
