What type of sobriety testing are we referring to - breathalyser, or "get out of the car, walk the shoulder line heel-to-toe"? If it's the former, Albo's got a breathalyser already that you'd be able to hook into the API of.

Not a breath test, the physical coordination test. The get out, walk around, count and tell me your sister's hamster's name backwards kind. Most often used in the UK for suspected drug driving, but it can be used for suspected drunks, too. Although usually only traffic officers are trained to administer the road-side test. It's quite ridiculous though, it doesn't prove a damn thing other than the person is awful at walking in a straight line or reciting the alphabet backwards under pressure, which most likely 9/10 people would be, too. It doesn't really mean the person is under the influence of some substance other than natural adrenaline. In any case, blood/urine/hair is going to get tested anyway.

But yes, long story short: not a breath test.
