Mods Wont Load In

I have the most updated version of lspdfr with ragehook and during the set up process I selected for the game to load all plugins which was just lspdfr, spike strips and spotlight and those are the only mods that want to load nothing else doesnt seem to work when I go on duty, and if I type in ForceDuty it gives me some exception error it was working before so I doubt that its because there out of date but it just stopped and I don't know why. I don't remember changing anything. the only callouts I get are pursuit in progress and armed pursuit in progress :c.

Can you send a screenshot of your GTA / Lspdfr / Plugins folder? And try to run the troubleshooter!
