I would like to know which one is the best uniform for CHP between all those that are downloadable so far.

In particular, I would like to know where to pick the uniform depicted in the photos of this content:

The uniform depicted in Virzza's Photos appears to be the "SAHP" uniform in EUP. It's quite nice, but not ultra realistic with patches and what not. EUP is probably the way to go though, with it's insane customization.
