Cars on opposite lane turning AT me

When I`m chasing someone and I have sirens on, sometimes cars on the opposite lane turns AT ME instead away from me, I have no idea why, I also saw this bug on Jeff Favignano`s videos, and I don`t know how he fixed it. Anyone knows the fix?

Pretty sure that's the default GTA V AI being a bit dense in avoiding collisions. Especially in bends in the road it seems to think you're coming right at it and thus swerves to avoid a crash. Unfortunately, due to the bends it tends to then end up in your lane, causing an accident instead of avoiding one.
