I am the fan of LCPDFR since when i start playing GTA IV, but right now i came to know that LCPDFR also do the creating of clan pack and my heartily request to the best mods creator, can you please create new clan pack for me if anyone is feel free to create and do me the favor ?

We do not allow users to request clan or private packs. Additionally, this is the wrong place for requests. You can request mods for GTA IV here, after reading the section rules here.
