0.95 loaded fine but in game does not work?

I loaded 0.95 Beta Fixed fine from your game downloads, when i load the game I hit Alt-P like planned and the screen goes all blurry and it wants me to start from the beginning and drive the guy to the house? Is there a reason for this? If I hit Alt-P again the blurriness goes away and the game continues?
