Aim at him and hit "E" I had to spam it (usually I do) for it to be accounted. If it don't work without weapons pull out your baton and do the same thing. Be sure you are next to the perp you are trying to arrest.

I don't like the graphics mod, it looks like it slows down the gameplay and causes drops in the FPS which spoils the video a little imho. Other than that, its pretty cool.

Yep, I have gone through just about every enb , ice . stunning graphics , Reality IV , GTA Extreme and a bunch of others. I gave up on them all in the end. Some of those graphics mods I achieved amazing jaw dropping results but in the end prefered a smoother game play.

Now the only thing I do use Is an added texture mod bud that impacts very little on performance. Also I just found that allthough things looked solid and light reacted well of some things like cars there were too many areas of over brightness on some textures. Street lights could be a nightmare etc.

All personal preference in the end but I think you loose as much as you gain. Colours are never right and as said the lighting allthough great in some areas is total crap in others.

Still, i do like to see what people do with their graphics. I'm just unable to play that way as I find it too annoying. :)

Just using the DLL file from enb on it's own can achieve good reflections sometimes without all the other effects.

Truthfully, to the both of you: Thank you for confirming what I had thought. I do not like the way my game is, but in order to have the lights reflect good, that is what I have to use. I might do re-do Episode 5 before I put it out and take out the "ENB ELS" I have..Thanks guys!
