desprite need of help

i have tried everything i need someone to help me. ive watched videos that the members told me to ive followed the steps and i have everything i need. can sombody help me step by step that has the mod working perfectly. ive patched the game and ect and idk where else to turn.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing

i have installed the mod and when i pree alt-p nothing happens i have everything i need the diag. come up fine and the game is running as admin i tried using xlive but that didnt work either if you have sugestions or know how to help please do if i dont respond please send me a messege and itll show on my fone......please help ive been trying for the past three days

Are you using any mods besides LCPDFR? The diag log appears to be fine.

I don't know anything about the company you downloaded it from, but try copying just the GTA IV folder to another place and then mod that.

Speaking out of my butt here cause I don't know about these things but removing that folder from the steam folder as I did saved me a lot of issues.

Worth a try anyway.

another thing the native trainer is a bunch of .dll files and i dont have the originals. but because i want this mod so bad is there a way you could call me and help me step by step because im pretty sure on your computer you got the mod to work with out the slightest problem?

The trainer dlls aren't needed for GTA to run. Delete the ones that came with the trainer then reinstall LCPDFR.

The thread is getting a bit hard to follow, could you list what you've done so far?

I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, i updated it to 1.0.7.0, i added the trainer i installed the mod. The game works but not the mod so i unistalled the mod and reinstalled it and i came up with nothing, i uninstalled trainer and that didnt help so now idk what else to do to get it to work.
