Cant get Braveheart's Policing Script to work...

I have the 2 files in the scripts folder yeah yeah.

 

Anyways, when I go into game i get the message, and then it tells me to hit ALT+DELETE So I do, But then nothing happens. Nothing at all.

 

I have LCPDFR 0.95, ALPR, vDH Police helper/Corerner/tow service.
