Cant grab Suspects or frisk & check ID.

When I start the game it works fine at first I can grab a suspect and place them in the Police Car after the first time it doesn't work so It seems like 0.95 were only the suspect gets in the car when I get in the car. Also when I stop suspects to check there ID or frisk it doesn't do any thing. I press F9 F10 and F11 to see if it will even let me do any thing else but it doesn't. Is it just me or is this a known bug? Also when I go off duty the game will crash!

Try the in-game tutorial, it is helpful the first time.  Basically you have to hold down the E in order to bring up sub-menus to check ID, frisk, etc.  Press E once to arrest.  Press the Caps Lock for another in-game menu, for ambulance, backup, ect.

 

There is a manual and key chart so you don't have to guess.

That's what I've been doing it still doesn't work... Holding down E but every time I try to press F9  F10 or F11 it doesn't do any thing the.

I agree. I have a similar problem. Seems glitched.

I have the same problem when I try to grab the suspect.
